Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
If someone has been offered a promotion in a company after working 9 months there, and it was accepted by the employee, then three days later one of the managers came back and said that they are going to post the position for the rest of the company because it is an HR proceedure (this documentation cannot be found) and in order to get the promotion the employee would have to apply and interview. The employee did what was ask but in the end after working in the job for twelve months did not get the position but replaced with someone new and the employee have to train the new person. Is there any legal case against the employer?

It does not sound like it, unless there was some contract governing this (which I doubt).
