Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Ongoing Job Justification

Employees of our company just received a document asking us to describe and justify our individual jobs. Apparently this is going to occur yearly now. Is this legal to require employees to justify their positions on an annual basis?

Regardless of legality, it's creating a pretty poor morale!

There's nothing illegal about it--Florida is an at-will employment state and your employer is free to operate as they see fit. Poor morale doesn't equal unlawful conduct!
