Overtime for salaried employees
I am an assistant golf pro and ring people in set up tee times, run tournaments, do results for tournaments, clean golf carts and pull golf carts out for nthe golfers. I don't manage any people below me. IN the season, I worked 50 to 60 hours a week.. During the offseason, I work 45 to 55 hours a week. Am I entitled to overtime and holiday pay. I receive neither. My pay after taxes is 803..16 for every two weeks.

From the duties you describe, it seems as though you may be entitled to overtime. However, there are additional factors which may be important, such as whether you supervise other employees. There is also an exemption for certain amusement or recreational establishments. You should contact a lawyer familiar with the Fair Labor Standards Act to review issues relating to your particular job and your particular employer.
