Re: Overtime for salaried employees

From the duties you describe, it seems as though you may be entitled to overtime. However, there are additional factors which may be important, such as whether you supervise other employees. There is also an exemption for certain amusement or recreational establishments. You should contact a lawyer familiar with the Fair Labor Standards Act to review issues relating to your particular job and your particular employer.
