Paid Time Off
My company required 30 day notice if you decide to leave the company. If the 30 day notice is not given, they will not pay the employee for accrued PTO. I hear that in some states, they are required to pay PTO regardless of notice. Is Florida one of those states?

No, Florida unfortunately has no such laws on the books.
