Can an employer refuse to pay your vacantion time once you gave him 2 weeks notice and work those two weeks?

If it was earned and they had a policy that one you left you were not supposed to get paid it. Might want to speak with an employment lawyer such as myself about. it.

Re: Paid vacantion

Florida unfortunately does not have a statute requiring private employers to pay vacation benefits. Nonetheless, you should consult with an attorney to determine whether you have rights or are owed any compensation in connection with your employment. Please feel free to contact us for further assistance if you should elect to meet with an attorney.
