not paid vacation pay
gave two weeks notice at job worked for company for almost 2 yrs they did not pay me my vacation pay with last check worked for holiday inn ex in florida

Normally you are entitled to your vacation pay. Email me to discuss this further.

Check to see if, under company policy, you were entitled to the vacation pay. Sometimes the pay is not earnmed until a certain point and if you left too early, you are out of luck.

Depending upon their employment policies, they may owe you for this unpaid vacation. Under Fla. law you would also be entitled to attorneys fees to reocver these monies. Feel free to all or e-mail me if you have any quesitons.
