Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
For the past three to four months they have implemented a new system where everything must be done on the computer, but they have provided no computer training. Not only that but the job has become increasingly difficult lately. Now every time she goes to work, she stands all day and has no time to sit compared to previous years. Well, because of her standing all day and having no time to sit she has been to the hospital twice in the past two months. The first time was for a blood clot in her leg, and second time for respiratory problems which also connects to the blood clot. She has also stated that other people at her job has had the same issue. Can she sue for the different conditions that she now works under that she never agreed to?
1 Answer from Attorneys
Maybe she needs to complain to OSHA.
