Pay cut 15% due to computer at job not working correctly
Hi,
The work I do is based on production of increasing revenue for our company. One of the key computer programs that I am supposed to use to compile my data has been 'out of order' for 5 months. I have complained numerous times via email, (I have printed them all for my record), as well as addressed this to my Supervisor, IT Dept., and the V.P. of the company. Nothing has been done, with the exception of lowering my pay, since I am not producing as much data as I used to. I don't think this is fair and have told them so.
Can anything be done?

Unless you have a contract that promises a certain amount of compensation (or feel there is prohibited discrimination - race, age, sex, etc. at play), there is nothing that can be done legally. I agree that it is not fair, but it is not illegal either.
The employer is free to set wages as it sees fit. You are free to accept what is offered or look for other work.
Of course, you can continue to press the issue diplomatically and see what solutions you can come up with/suggest.
