pay cut

i live in fl, work for a large national company. My pay is incentive based. My base was 7&1/2 percent of my weely route volume which was above the corporate 7%, which I negotiated for several years ago. Can they cut my rate back to 7% without any consent on my part?

That depends. If you have a written contract, they are not free to unilaterally amend it. If you have a written contract that you are to be paid 7 1/2 percent, and they fail to pay you the contractual amount, you may have a cause of action against your company. Importantly, Florida has a specific statute for commission based salesmen which may be applicable.
