pay cut

I am 7 months pregnant, my employer just advised me he knows I will be going on leave soon and the companies funds have decreased. They want to cut my pay. Is this legal?

Probaby not if they are cutting the pay of only pregnant persons such as yourself. You may want to file a complaint with HR or the EEOC. How many employees are at your employer. Feel free to call or e-mail me to discuss further.
