Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

pay rate

At my job I made 10.85/hour. I accepted a position to become a general manager in which I was paid a salary. Eventually, I could no longer be a manager due to the conflicts with my school schedule. When I returned to an hourly rate they only paid me 10.00/hr. They told me my pay rate was capped now. Additionally, they will not let me work all of my scheduled hours in the position with this pay rate. I feel like I am being punished. Also, I should mention that I have been a continuous employee for 4.5 years. What can be done about my situation?
