Paycheck Bouncing

i have had a problem with paychecks bouncing at my current job.it has bounced 5 times or so in the 2 yrs i've worked there it has happened to many of the other employees too.so now many banks won't even allow us to cash or depsoit our checks anymore let alone borrow any money.i was thinking about sueing them but i don't know if i have a case or not.

he remburse's the money but by that time personal checks i have written have bounced as well.

There really isn't much you can do if your ER provides a good check after the fact & within a reasonable time. Florida law does allow you to make a written demand for payment of a check denied for insufficient funds but if the ER then pays the check within 30 days, you have no case.
