Paycheck on Termination

My husband went to work and was fired 5 minutes after being there without any warning or anything because of something he didnt even do. But my question is.. how long do they have before they have to give him his last paycheck?

Florida does not have any law requiring an employer to pay a terminated employee within any certain time period.
