Payday

i work for a independant company at the airport my employer has already change our pay period from one week to two weeks and now for the second pay period in a row he is not paying us on payday we have to wait 3 extra days whic for a lot of us is 3 day to long and it cause us to be late on everything. I almost got in trouble with a loan company the last time this happened

There is not really much you can do as a practical matter. Just plan on getting the check a few days late. If you complain, you might risk losing your job. Budget wisely and carefully.
