Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Why is it that people are telling me that the harassment and the verbal abuse and threats my immediate supervisor and one other supervisor at work are giving me okay and that I just have to deal with it. Why should I have to tolerate it and let them hilmiliate and verally abuse me in front of customers and other employees.

You do not provide any information to determine if there is harrassment or if you are overly sensitive. You can always, of course, quit if you are unhappy with your job.
