A person is let go from their job, The company refuses to specify why this happen, in the mean time the're giving him a hard time to collect benefits

Normally if an employee is fired from job, he/she is entitled to collect unemployment benefits. If the employer tries to deny them there is a whole series of appeals and hearings that you can participate in with the State of Florida, just make sure you don't miss any deadlines.
