Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

If a person works overtime, without taking lunches, can their employer deduct for lunch breaks that were never taken? (this way reducing the numbers of hours to pay the employee). What recourse does an employee have, if any?

DId you work during lunches? If so then you should be paid for overtime. Call me if you have any further questions.
