Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Politicaly Biased Company

I live in the state of Florida and I recieved my paycheck in the mail today along with propaganda to vote for--name removed--McCain in this years election from the company I work for. I was insulted by this because I am an Obama supporter and the letter literaly stated that I was unintelligent and anti-american if I voted otherwise. Is this legal or Constitutional?

There is nothing wrong with them giving you information. Just throw it away if you don't like it (put it in the recycle bin if possible!).
