Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
My previous boss is failing to pay me my last check. I sighned a paper that states if I don't give a 2 week notice he reserves the right to refuse to pay me. I have worked for him for 5 days and still in the probationary period. Is there anything that I can do?

By law, you are entitled to be paid for hours worked. He cannot withhold your pay.
