problems at work
i ran a credit card at my place of business and the card holder is coming back saying it is fraud. my job is trying to make me pay this money back, $3,800 worth. i am a single mother, i do ot have that kind of money. what kind of legal stand point do they have?

If it was fraud -- that is, if someone came in and wrongfully used the card, the card holder should report it to the credit card company and to the police.
