Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

We are in the process of developing a salaried postion in our flower shop for a floral designer. What are the legal rights for both employee and employer. We want to make sure we cover all of our bases and treat the employee fairly.

Your question is too broad. There are lots and lots of rights and plenty of obligations as well.
