Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

i was put on a overnight shift rotating days about 6 months ago, now im working 5 days a week all overnight. Im 35 yrs old, i have a wife a 4 kids that are really statring to be affected by my work schedule. My wife is stresed out because she has to do everything for the kids by herself. Im suffering from sleep deprivation even on my days off i cant sleep normal.Can i sue this company for the emotional trauma this schedule has caused both me and my family

Florida is a work at will state, which means you are free to find another job. Unless there is more to it than what you posted I can't see any reason why you could sue the employer for moving you to a different shift.
