If the contract is in writing, you can sue them in small claims court for breach of contract. However, that will probably terminate your employment. If the contract is not in writing, Florida is an "at will" state and they can terminate you for any reason other than discrimination and change your pay. It's up to you to decide if you want to stay. However, under unemplyment law, you can collect UC if you leave because of a change in work conditions.
