Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I have a question regarding an ex employee who worked with my boyfriend. The ex employee is mad because he got fired and he thinks my boyfriend had something to do with it. Now this ex employee will not stop coming to my boyfriends place of work. The ex employee stands out front all day what should my boyfriend do?
