Your question: "I used to work with ATMs armored company putting and picking money after two weeks that I left they are calling for some missing money, no one has a set route or machine. Can they do anything to me even though I'm not working for them"

Provided you did not steal from them, they probably can not do anything. However if the money is missing because you took it (not addressed in your question) then they could pursue criminal action against you.
