Questions To Ask When Given Severance Package?

The place I work is being closed down are there any questions I should ask in my meeting? Also the final day of employment is 5 days prior to be my 5 year anniversary date, which means at 5yrs I would be fully vested and qualify for the Pension. What can I do to make sure I get what I deserve?

By law, you are already vested in a portion of your pension anyway, so just make sure to ask what the "cliff vesting" schedule they use provides - i.e., 30% after 3 years, etc.
