Racial Slur by Boss
Scenario:
A black man is speaking to his manager. The manager is venting about another employer. Angry, he refers to this other employee as ''that nigger,'' then says quickly ''I don't mean you.'' Is there a legal cause of action?

The EEOC or FCHR is the intake agency for such cases, and you must act to begin such complaints within 300 days of the event of discrimination. [email protected]
