Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Hi my recent employer is not fully compensating my hours. There have been several delays over the last 5 months of checks being 1 week late and missing hours. I have a do not compete with them. Does this lack of compensation still bind me to this do not compete? I am in the health field providing patient services in the home setting. Thanks

You are probably still bound by the agreement, but it would depend on the specific terms of the contract.
