Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I recently applied for a position and gave my work history. They called to verify my employment and said I would not be rehired. Is this legal I thought they could just ask if you worked there and your salary I am not applying with the same employer

They can say that they would not rehire you if they wish to and it is the truth.
