Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Recently my boss obtained a Facebook post reading "My boss is an a**." He printed it onto the back of one of my daily report sheets and showed ot to my coworkers. he then left it out for me to find with my coworkers watching and proceeded to chastise me in front of them. I know I can't say anything about invasion of privacy but can he really get by with humiliating me like that?

Yes. You chose to humiliate him in a public forum. Why would you think that he couldn't take you to task for your conduct. You are lucky to still be employed.
