I was recently domoted at work due to me being pregnant. My employer was told i was pregnant before they gave me the promotion and then several weeks later demoted me due to me being pregnant. What legal actions do i need to take?

First it depends in Florida on the number of employees at your employers office or offices. If there is an HR department you might want to submit a complaint to the Human Resources Department about what took place, make it in writing. If that does not work, try filing a complaint with the EEOC for Pregnancy Discrimination.
