Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I was recently let go from my employer for less than a factual explanation. However, I realize that my employment is "at will" and they can really let me go for anything. A week after being let go, I posted a review about the company on Glassddoor.com in which I give them both praise, but also suggest areas in which they could improve (no names were mentioned). The CEO replied to the post and called me the same day and said he will be suing me for slander. Any advice on what to do?
