Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I recently relocated and started working through a company that I was refered to by my ex-sister-in-law's roommate, who is the HR manager for the company. I started originally on the 27th of June and had to leave early during a day of training, because my daughter was in an accident, so because of this I had to restart the training program, and I was technically rehired, and restarted today. I call to talk to my ex-brother-in-law asked me why I already got fired, which I haven't told a single person about what happened. What are my rights in this situation, what she did was wrong, especially being the HR manager, and is now telling people my buisness, without my permission.

Do you really think that you can sue on these facts? There are too many variables here. Who told who what? You cannot sue people because you think someone may have said something that was not accurate. You must have hard, cold facts as to exaclty what was said to whom.
