Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Im trying to recieve money from my previous employer because in the month of june i recieved a check for partial amount of my money and im taking her to small claims court but at the time she was on sick leave and gave her mother responsibility to pay us all of the money while she was gone.Her mother told us thier wasnt enough money in the account to pay everybody all the money owed and said that it wasnt her reponsibility because she paid what she could .So they are going back and forth with whos suppose to pay so should i go after the daughter because i was working for her or do i go after the mother
