Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Reduction in wage

My pay was reduced from $40/hr to $34/hour because the president says the company is not doing well. I am privy to our accounting and hapen to know that our invoicing is on track to cover overhead, expenses and wages for each employee at the current wage rate. The company is a privately owned firm. CAn they adjust a salaried employees pay?
