Refusal to pay vacation

I have worked for a company in florida for two years accrueing vacation pay during that for hours worked. I gave employer 2 weeks notice of termination. he refused to pay the accrued vacation pay. Can he legally not pay me for the vacation pay.

Depends on what the policy is of the employer. If the employer does not want to pay, the policy of not paying accrued vacation should be in writing.
