If you are under investigation for sexual harrasement, and during the investigation period you resign, for medical reasons, can you still be held liable for the charges, can they add to your record resigned under displinary actions

There is no individual liability for sexual harassment under the law. As a result, it is unclear what your "record" means in terms of them "adding" things to it.
