Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

You represent the ABC Nurses Union and are demanding both pay and benefit increases across the board for all of your nurses, including LPNs, RNs, and BSNs. (Note: LPNs have administrative certificates, RNs have two years of college and skills training and BSNs hold a full bachelors degree in nursing). The nursing home group with which you are bargaining is happy to give LPNs the requested raises, as there is a dearth of LPNs available in the market. However, they are reluctant to increase RNS and BSNs at the same percentage because their pay scales are higher and they are not as needed in the system. Identify several bargaining steps you can take in this situation. Can you accept the LPN offer and ignore the RNs and BSNs?
