Required Breaks

When I worked ''glow,'' selling glow sticks and toys from a cart outside, at Walt Disney World, the computer would automatically schedule my unpaid meal the first half hour of my shift so that the seven or eight hours outside would be uninterupted. Is it legal to do that?

If you were working over Forty (40) hours per week and as a result of being deducted for "lunch breaks" which you did not actually take, you may well be owed unpaid overtime wages.
