Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I was let go "resigned" a few days ago my CEO gave me option #1 sign their resignation letter pre typed in exchange for one months severance plus 2 yrs vac times saved and a steller letter of ee history, or not sign and get No letter as if Im eraced never eixisted at all. The CEO stated you know with the job market as is no on is getting hired on you NEED this letter other wise you will not find a job. out of fear I signed, a few hours later I felt like i had been dupped out of being able to collect unee pay I was with this company for 2 yrs. can i file unee aymen stating force resign duress and threat, it was their letter pre typed proof that they had intent for me to sign it was their idea?

Yes I would file unemployment anyway and contest the letter. An employer cant get you to release your unemployment benefits. You may have to have some hearings to contest the issues with unemployment and your former employer.
