Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

We have a restaurant and the waitress keep on writing wrong prices (after they have been corrected). Can we make them pay or deduct the wrong amounts from thier paychecks?

I do not believe you can make the employee(s) pay or deduct money from their paychecks. Your recourse is to fire the offending employee(s).
