Can a retail store employer, with 2 locations, 45 minutes apart from each other, provide for paid time off for the employees of store "A" but require employees from store "B" to work the same exact holiday?
Store "A" has 9 full time employees.
Store "B" has 7 full time employees and 3 part time employees.
If so, is the employer required to provide store "B" employees compensation of any kind?
