Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

rights to commissions earned

Hello,

I was terminated from my broker on Oct 24, 2007 No apparent reason to me. The company has recently reduced agents commissions and stopped paying managers salary and medical. I was working on a number of deals as well as one pre-construction due to close 4/2007. My question is how do I sue for my commissioned earned and due in the future?

Re: rights to commissions earned

For commissions that were already earned as of the time of your separation, your employer's policy (if any) will be important to analyze in helping to figure out what your rights may be. Consult with an attorney as soon as possible to determine if you have a right to recover earned but unpaid commissions and feel free to contact us for further assistance.
