Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I am a salaried employee in the state of Florida. I have been required to work a 50 hour week by way of posted schedule and ocassionally I work over 50 hours a week.
My paystubs has always shown 40 hour work weeks. Are employers required to show the actual number of hours worked on your paystubs and are they required to give you comp. time?

If you are an hourly employee, you must be paid by the hour. If you are a salaried employee but overworked, you may still be entitled to additional compensation. One would need more facts to tell you anything else.
