Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I was a salaried manager, I left my job in September. My title was plant manager. Staff of about 20. Most of my day was spent in the back of my store, acting as dry cleaner and spotter. Some would argue the dry cleaner is also a manager. I preformed this duty from about 5:30-10:30am and again from 2:30-4:00. The time in between I would preform other tasks such as deliveries, inspection and working the front counter. Most days I had maybe an hour to do actual managerial work. Sarting in July my boss had me start auditing the daily books(1/2 hour - 45 min., daily).i also started doing the payroll once a week. I had little input into the weekly schedule. I also had little input on new hires, I don't think anyone was fired during this time. I have documented 332 hours of overtime since February 2013. My salary was approximately $1400/week. Do I have any grounds to collect this overtime?

Sounds like you may have been misclassified and be owed overtime. Feel free to e-mail me at [email protected] or call my cell at 954 295 7501 to discuss further.
