Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Setting me up for termination and interviewing candidates to replace my position
I have proof that my employer is actively seeking and interviewing candidates to replace my position that I began only 4 months ago.
Can an employer recruit and interview for a position that is currently filled?

Florida is an at-will employment state, meaning that your employer is legally permitted to terminate your employment for any reason at any time. As a result, if they are interviewing other potential employees, it seems like an unfortunate situation but not one which is illegal.
