Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Sexual harassment?

As part of my job description, I am required to open and print out my employers e-mails. (He is not computer literate.) One of his business colleagues sent him an e-mail containing sexually offensive pictures. I did not know what the e-mail contained until after I opened it, and was shocked and disgusted by what I saw. I approached my immediate supervisor about the situation, but his response was that he did not originate the e-mail, so he really couldn't take any action. The continuation of this situation creates a hostile workplace environment. What are your suggestions?

Re: Sexual harassment?

Complain--in writing--to as many people as you have to get someone to listen. And if no one does, then contact the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
