Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Sexual Harassment

One (1) year ago I was sexually harassed by a supervisor at work (no touching involved). I filed a formal complaint with both the Union and Company, but BOTH felt that since there were no witnesses, I had no chance of winning. Since the incident, I have only worked 22.5 hours for this company. I need to sue them, but need it to be done on a contingency basis.

This SAME supervisor had three (3) Sexual Harassment cases filed against him in Georgia, approx. 7 years ago and HAD to transfer to Florida to escape them. I have the info on the three (3) former cases as well as one (1) more female here in Orlando, who is willing to testify against this man.
