sexual harrasment

I was accused of sexual harrasment on the job.HR investigated and said it was just inappropriate conduct,then 3 days later they told me several other people filed similar claims,so they terminated me..I still do not know the details of the accusation and was denied a copy of same..what can I do?

There isn't much you can do. Your employer is free to make employment decisions like termination based on information which it in good believes to be true.

You can file for unemployment and hope your employer doesn't fight it, but other than that its time to look for a new job.
